基于图案映射的硖石灯彩针刺工艺智能化设计研究

摘　　要：对硖石灯彩针刺工艺特点进行分析,通过开发智能参数化设计插件,实现针刺工艺中图案意象到针刺灯片的映射转化。运用二次开发技术,基于原图中像素的灰度值,将像素点灰度值大小映射成针刺灯片上的针刺圆孔直径大小,实现图片意象的快速构建。借助CorelDraw图形设计软件开发了“像素映射”智能化插件,可以快速高效地实现图片到针刺灯片的映射,实现针刺灯片图案的智能化设计。提高了硖石灯彩灯片的制作效率和展示效果,为硖石灯彩文创产品的个性化定制及创新性发展提供了新的研究路径。The characteristics of needling process of Xiashi decorative lighting are analyzed,and the mapping transformation of the pattern image to the needle punch lamp piece in the needle punching process is realized by developing intelligent parametric design plug-ins.Using the secondary development technology,based on the gray value of the pixels in the original image,the gray value of the pixel point is mapped to the diameter of the needle punched round hole on the needle punch lamp sheet,so as to realize the rapid construction of the picture image.With the help of CorelDraw graphic design software developed the"pixel mapping"intelligent plug-in,you can quickly and efficiently realize the mapping of pictures to needle punched lamp pieces,and realize the intelligent design of needle punch light patterns.It improves the production efficiency and display effect of Kip shek lantern flakes,and provides a new research path for the personalized customization and innovative development of Xiashi decorative lighting cultural and creative products.
