液相色谱法在测定粮食作物中真菌类毒素的应用分析

摘　　要：液相色谱法是一种高效、灵敏度高的分析方法,被广泛应用于食品、药品、环境等领域。本研究运用液相色谱法测定粮食作物中真菌类毒素,结果表明,液相色谱法能够快速对粮食作物中的黄曲霉毒素B1、玉米赤霉烯酮和脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇进行测定。Liquid chromatography is an efficient and sensitive analytical method widely used in fields such as food,medicine,and the environment.This study used liquid chromatography to determine fungal toxins in food crops.The results showed that liquid chromatography can quickly determine aflatoxin B1,zearalenone,and deoxynivalenol in food in food crops.
