摘　　要：本研究以两当狼牙蜜中苦参类生物碱为研究对象,建立5种苦参类生物碱(苦参碱、氧化苦参碱、槐果碱、氧化槐果碱、槐定碱)的液萃取-高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)分析检测方法。结果表明,该方法提取率高、准确可靠,适用于狼牙蜜中5种苦参类生物碱同时测定。This study focuses on the alkaloids of Sophora flavescens in Liangdang Langya honey,and establishes a liquid extraction high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)analysis and detection method for five alkaloids of Sophora flavescens(matrine,oxymatrine,sophocarpine,oxysophocarpine,sophocarpine).The results indicate that this method has a high extraction rate,accuracy,and reliability,and is suitable for the simultaneous determination of five sophora flavescens alkaloids in wolf tooth honey.
