摘  要:以重庆护理职业学院联合重庆医科大学附属第一医院青杠老年护养中心顶岗实习教学改革为例,在分析养老机构实习带教现存问题的基础上,反向设计、正向实施,进行对标建设,优化实习带教模式与内容,践行校企合作的“双元”育人模式,完善形成评价与成果评价相结合的全过程考评方式,构建了医养结合机构教学管理的持续改进机制,对高等职业教育教学改革具有一定的借鉴作用。Taking the reform of on-the-post internship teaching in the The First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University,Qinggang Elderly Care Center as an example,based on the analysis of the existing problems of internship teaching in elderly care institutions,reverse design and positive implementation are carried out,bench marking construction is carried out,the internship teaching model and content are optimized,the"dual"education model of school-enterprise cooperation is practiced,and the entire process evaluation method combining evaluation and achievement evaluation is improved,We have established a continuous improvement mechanism for teaching management in medical and nursing institutions,which has a certain reference value for the reform of higher vocational education teaching.
