摘 要:典籍是中华文化脉络的表达载体,典籍英译是中华文化同世界文化交流互鉴的主要途径。文章拟从心灵哲学视域出发,沿着自我知识认识论和他者认知的动态逻辑分析方向,分析了译者跨文化交际的两个核心能力以及对受众文化认同的归因能力和对自我文化的自觉自洽能力;探讨了受众源文化认同与典籍英译话语体系构建的思辨关系。研究表明:受众文化认同中对语言社会规约性的认同是话语构建的基础,受众认同发展的规律决定了话语构建自由度;只有建立在受众源文化认同基础上,符合译语社会规约和文化认同规律的话语体系,才能被受众认同与接受。研究结论拟为典籍英译提供实践上的参照和语言哲学方法上的尝试。As a carrier of Chinese culture,the translation of Chinese classics is deemed as an important way to integrate our culture into the global community.The study focused on the dialectical relationship between source cultural identification and the translation of Chinese Classics into English based on the analysis of two main intercultu-ral communication competence:the expression of self-knowledge and ability to ascribe mental states to others from the perspective of philosophy of the mind.The finding showed that the target readers would possibly accept the different culture and integrate it to their own cultural identity based on the fact that whether the expressions are conformed with their linguistic norms and accord with the stages of their cultural identity evolution.The study illuminates the role of the ability to understand others in translation of Chinese classics into English and the importance of expanding translation research focus into the area of philosophy.
