摘  要:在可控震源勘探施工中,低频扫描施工越来越流行,扫描频率通常从1.5 Hz开始,低频时伺服阀死区对震源出力影响严重,在2~4 Hz出现出力曲线凹陷,而5~8 Hz时往往出现超出震源理论最大出力很多的峰值力,这是由于伺服阀死区的非线性引起的震源出力凹陷或者出现极高的峰值力。随着扫描频率的提高,死区所占比例减小,对活塞腔压力的影响也减小,所以,峰值力迅速减小,很快到正常水平。伺服阀存在死区封闭了重锤活塞腔,造成活塞腔压力突变对震源出力带来了影响,要想消除活塞腔压力突变对伺服阀的影响,可以从提高压力反馈、提高伺服阀的稳定或者提高系统控制增益等方面来进行。Low-dwell sweep is becoming more and more popular in the vibroseis prospecting,and the start frequency often starts from 1.5Hz.At low frequency,the servo valve dead-band has a serious impact on the force output,output sag occurs at 2~4Hz,and peak force often occurs at 5~8Hz,which is much more than the theoretical maximum output of the vibrator.This is due to the nonlinear dead zone of the servo valve,which causes the vibrator output sag or extremely high peak force.With the increase of the sweep frequency,the proportion of dead zone decreases and the influence on the piston chamber pressure also decreases.Therefore,the peak force decreases rapidly and soon reach the normal level.There is a dead zone in the servo valve that closes the mass piston chamber,resulting in pressure mutation in the piston chamber affecting the source output.In order to eliminate the influence of pressure mutation in the piston chamber on the servo valve,we can improve the pressure feedback,improve the stability of the servo valve or improve the control gain of the system.
