摘 要:基于ASME和GB锅炉性能试验标准中反平衡算法的基本思想,提出采用电厂日常工业分析数据直接预测锅炉效率新方法。该方法可以避开常规的通过元素分析计算锅炉效率的诸多局限,节省试验成本。搜集整理了以往大量实测数据,建立了炉效预测数据库。对不同煤种采用分区拟合方式,在对历史数据回归分析基础上,建立了研判因子与锅炉效率之间的函数关系。基于微分学极限思想,采用上、下限同时逼近的方法,提升数学模型计算精度。截取部分无烟煤、烟煤、褐煤的实测数据与计算结果进行对比,验证了数学模型的有效性。证明采用简单的工业分析数据高精度靶向研判锅炉效率的新方法是成功的,为通过DCS系统实现锅炉效率在线预测和自主寻优奠定了理论基础。Based on the basic idea of counter balance algorithm in the ASME and GB boiler performance test standards,a new method for directly predicting the boiler efficiency by using the daily industrial analysis of the power plant was proposed.This method could avoid many limitations of conventional calculation of boiler efficiency through elemental analysis,and could save a lot of test costs.Collected and sorted out a large amount of measured data in the past,and established a boiler efficiency prediction database.The partition fitting method was adopted for different coal types,on the basis of regression analysis of historical data,the functional relationship between the judgment factor and boiler efficiency was established.Based on the limit idea in differential calculus,the method of approximating the upper and lower limits at the same time greatly improved the calculation accuracy of the mathematical model.The measured data of some anthracite,bituminous and lignite coals were intercepted and compared with the calculated results,which verified the validity of the mathematical model.It is proved that the new method of high-precision targeted judgment of boiler efficiency using simple industrial analysis data is successful.It lays a theoretical foundation for realizing online prediction and autonomous optimization of boiler efficiency through DCS system.
