摘　　要：[目的/意义]本文旨在从理论与实践双重维度对“智库数字公共外交”进行研究,以提升中国自主知识创新能力和智库公共外交力。[方法/过程]本文主要采用文献与案例分析方法,对国内外学界相关研究成果进行系统梳理,在此基础上对“智库数字公共外交”进行概念界定和框架构建,并以此为分析框架,探讨全球智库实践发展中的现状与局限。[结果/结论 ]研究认为,当前“智库数字公共外交”的内容样态主要包括数字传播与对话、虚拟公共空间与场域搭建、积极伙伴关系建构。相较于美英智库,中国智库数字公共外交整体上仍处于劣势,亟需全面加强。[Purpose/significance]The purpose of this paper is to study“Think Tank Digital Public Diplomacy”from both theoretical and practical dimensions,in order to enhance China’s autonomous knowledge innovation and think tank public diplomacy capabilities.[Method/process]The paper primarily adopts literature review and case analysis methods to systematically review relevant research results in domestic and international academics.Based on this foundation,it defines the concept and constructs the framework of“Think Tank Digital Public Diplomacy”.By using this framework,this paper explores the current situation and limitations of the developement of global think tanks’practice.[Result/conclusion]The study concludes that the current manifestations of“Think Tank Digital Public Diplomacy”mainly include digital communication and dialogue,establishment of virtual public spaces and domains,and proactive partnership construction.Compared with the USA and the UK think tank,China’s think tank digital public diplomacy is generally at a disadvantage and requires comprehensive enhancement.
