基于《金匮要略》黄芪类方探究黄芪量效与脉象的相关性

摘　　要：总结《金匮要略》黄芪类方中黄芪的量效、脉象规律发现,黄芪用量取决于机体感邪轻重及卫气充盈状况,二两以内黄芪多走上焦,益气固表,祛皮表之湿邪,脉为浮;三两黄芪走中焦,益气除湿止痛,治疗四肢疼痛与不仁,脉象不是单纯的浮中沉,而是复合脉;五两黄芪治疗黄汗重症,病位偏里,脉为沉。气虚而血尚足,则以小量黄芪益气;气血俱虚,则以中量黄芪补益中焦化生营卫之气;气大虚而营阴外泄,则以大量黄芪行阳益阴,气大虚而病深重入血时黄芪量小则无效。By summarizing the dosage and efficacy and pulse condition rules of formulas containing Huangqi(Radix Scutellariae)in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,it is found that the dosage of Huangqi depended on the severity of the body's sensation of pathogens and the flling of defense qi.Less than two liang of Huangqi usually enters the upper energizer to replenish qi and consolidate the exterior,to remove damp pathogens of the exterior.The pulse is floating.Three liang of Huangqi usually enters the middle energizer to replenish qi,eliminate dampness,relieve pain,remove limbs'pain and insensitivity.The pulse is not simple sinking within floating,but com-pound.Five liang of Huangqi is usually used to treat severe yellow sweat,the disease location is often in the interior,and the pulse is sinking.If there is qi deficiency,but blood is enough,a small amount of Huangqi can be used to replenish qi.For both qi and blood defi-ciency,a medium amount of Huangqi can be used to nourish the middle energizer,generate the nutrient and defense qi.For qi deficiency and nutrient yin leakage,a large amount of Huangqi can be used to promote yang and nourish yin.When there is serious qi deficiency and the disease is deep and heavy into blood,a small amount of Huangqi is ineffective.There are indeed certain rules for the dosage of Huangqi,and its pulse condition also changes with the exterior and interior of the disease location,the rise and fall of healthy qi,and the depth of pathogenic qi.
