摘  要:由于空间导航信号在传输过程中易受其他信号的干扰,为此构建基于卷积神经网络的空间导航信号自动抗干扰模型。利用卷积层的局部过滤器,对输入的信号内积计算,将维数值传输至池化层局部求平均值,提取特征信号;对有用信号实施波束保形,使得在抑制干扰信号的同时保护有用信号,计算空间导航信号信噪比。由信道、天线阵面、自适应处理模块和组合定位系统构建自动抗干扰模型,实现对干扰信号的自动抑制。仿真实验结果表明,所提方法可对干扰信号精准估计,并将误差控制在最小,实现了确保有用信号不被破坏的前提下对干扰信号的有效抑制。Because the space navigation signal is easily interfered by other signals in the transmission process,the signal reaching the ground becomes extremely weak.An automatic anti-jamming model of space navigation signal based on convolution neural network is constructed.The local filter of convolution layer is used to calculate the inner product of the input signal,and the matrix dimension value is obtained.The dimension value is transmitted to the pooling layer to calculate the local average value to complete the fea-ture signal extraction.According to the different spatial angles,the constrained minimum variance criterion is used to calculate the useful signal and interference signal,and the beam shape preserving is implemented for the useful signal,so that the interference signal can be suppressed while the interference signal can be protected.At the same time,the signal-to-noise ratio of space naviga-tion signal is calculated to reduce the influence of high-power interference signal on the useful signal.The automatic anti-jamming model is constructed by channel,antenna array,adaptive processing module and combined positioning system to realize the auto-matic suppression of interference signal.The simulation results show that the proposed method can accurately estimate the interfer-ence signal and minimize the error,which can effectively suppress the interference signal without destroying the useful signal.
