摘 要:为了减小数控进给轴运动过程中产生的阿贝误差和余弦误差等几何误差对位置测量精度的影响,提出了一种基于多路激光组合测量的误差辨识与补偿方法。利用三路激光干涉仪的空间坐标关系和实际测量值,映射出数控进给轴理想运动轴线上的虚拟测量值,以补偿阿贝误差,并建立了进给轴倾斜角度解算模型,进而补偿余弦误差,提高进给轴定位精度。为保证位置测量结果的可靠性,设计了环境参数补偿实验,在减小环境因素影响的前提下,验证了误差辨识与补偿方法的有效性。实验结果表明,该方法有效补偿了运动过程中的阿贝误差以及余弦误差,提高了数控进给轴的定位精度。In order to improve the accuracy of position measurement during the movement of CNC feed axis,it is essential to mitigate the impact of geometric errors,such as Abbe and cosine errors.This paper proposes a novel error identification and compensation approach that employs multiple laser combination measurement to enhance the accuracy of the measurement.To compensate for the Abbe error,the spatial coordinate relationship and the actual measurement values of the three laser interference probes were used to obtain the virtual measurement values on the ideal motion axis of the CNC feed axis.Then the algorithm for solving the tilt angle of the feed axis was established,which in turn compensated the cosine error and improved the positioning accuracy of the feed axis.In order to ensure the reliability of the measurement results,the environmental parameter compensation experiment was designed to verify the effectiveness of the error identification and compensation method.The experimental results show that the method effectively compensates the Abbe error and the cosine error during the motion,and improves the positioning accuracy of the CNC feed axis.
