摘  要:转轮是混流式水轮发电机组发生能量转换的核心的部件,也被称为水轮发电机组的"心脏",水轮机转轮的叶片出现裂纹会严重威胁水电厂的安全经济运行.鲁地拉水电站混流式水轮发电机组转轮叶片出水边与上冠连接处增加减应力三角块后再次发现裂纹,从转轮应力仿真分析和应力试验结果等方面进行分析裂纹原因,提出了预防建议,为机组安全稳定运行提供了可靠有力的保障.The runner is the core component for energy conversion in a Francis turbine generator set,also known as the"heart"of the turbine generator set.Cracks on the blades of hydraulic turbine runners can seriously threaten the safe and economic operation of hydropower plants.Cracks were discovered again after adding a stress reducing triangular block at the connection between the outlet edge of the runner blade and the upper crown of the mixed flow turbine generator unit at Ludila Hydropower Station.This paper analyzes the causes of cracks from the aspects of stress simulation analysis and stress test results of the runner,and proposes preventive suggestions,providing reliable and powerful guarantees for the safe and stable operation of the unit.
