摘　　要：企业技术能力是企业核心竞争力,“硬科技”对企业的生存和发展愈加重要,从“硬科技”视角对于企业技术能力的综合评价分析是透析企业技术发展的重要手段。首先构建了包括技术创新、研发保障、市场主导、技术竞争和奖惩情况五个维度的企业技术能力综合评价指标体系,并运用熵权结合灰色关联评价法构建评价模型;再以南京市上市企业为例,依据企业数据和专利数据进行实证研究。最后根据模型计算结果得出南京市上市公司企业技术能力评价结果,并对相关企业的技术发展战略以及企业技术竞争力的提升给出参考依据和对策建议。The technological capability of enterprises is the core competitiveness of enterprises,and“hard technology”is increasingly important for the survival and development of enterprises.The comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the technological capability of enterprises from the perspective of“hard technology”is an important means to dialysis the technological development of enterprises.A comprehensive evaluation index system of enterprise’s technological capability is constructed,which includes five dimensions:technological innovation,R&D guarantee,market dominance,technological competition and rewards and punishments,and an evaluation model is constructed by using entropy weight combined with grey relational evaluation method.Taking the listed enterprises in Nanjing as an example,this paper makes an empirical study based on enterprise data and patent data.Finally,according to the calculation results of the model,the evaluation results of technological capabilities of listed companies in Nanjing are obtained,and reference and countermeasures are given for the technological development strategies of related enterprises and the promotion of technological competitiveness of enterprises.
