摘　　要：现有城市住区的户外环境及公共服务设施是老年人日常生活和活动的重要载体,既有的环境要素在很大程度无法满足“老年友好”的基本需求,故应注重户外环境以及公共服务设施的适老化设计及改造,以提升老年人的生活品质。研究基于老年人的心理行为特征,分析其日常生活及活动需求的要素,总结国内外现有理论知识及实际案例,为相关研究提供参考。The outdoor environment and public service facilities in existing urban residential areas are important carriers of daily life and activities for the elderly.The existing environmental elements cannot meet the basic needs of“elderly friendliness”to a large extent.Therefore,attention should be paid to the aging design and transformation of outdoor environment and public service facilities to improve the quality of life for the elderly.Based on the psychological and behavioral characteristics of elderly people,this study analyzes the elements of their daily life and activity needs,summarizes existing theoretical knowledge and practical cases at home and abroad,and provides reference for related research.
