摘  要:目的以安徽省某公立医院为例分析住院医师规范化培训带教师资教学质量现状及相关影响因素,探索提高师资教学质量的途径。方法采用分层随机抽样方法抽取安徽医科大学附属宿州医院267名住院医师为研究对象,应用经信效度检验的自拟问卷对其进行线上问卷调查,问卷包括教学意识与教学能力、教学绩效与教学管理、教学病例与教学督导、教学设备设施、晋升与评优5个部分26个条目,利用因子分析方法对收集的问卷进行分析。结果多元线性回归分析表明,性别与教学意识及教学能力维度具有相关性(P=0.013);职称和工作年限与晋升及评优维度具有相关性(P=0.010、P=0.005)。结论教学质量是住院医师规范化培训的核心,从教学意识与教学能力、教学绩效与教学管理、教学病例与教学督导、教学设备设施、晋升与评优等方面完善工作机制可提升培训质量。Objective To analyze the current situation of teaching quality and related factors influencing the teaching quality of residency training instructors in public hospitals in Anhui Province,and to explore ways to improve the teaching quality of instructors.Methods A stratified random sampling method was used to select 267 residents from Suzhou Hospital affiliated to Anhui Medical University as the study subjects,and a self-administered questionnaire tested for reliability was applied to conduct an online questionnaire survey on them,which contained 26 entries in 5 parts:teaching awareness and teaching ability,teaching performance and teaching management,teaching cases and teaching supervision,teaching equipment and facilities,promotion and merit.The information collected from the questionnaire was analysed using factor analysis.Results Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender was correlated with the teaching awareness and teaching ability dimensions(P=0.013);title and length of service were correlated with the promotion and merit dimensions(P=0.010、P=0.005).Conclusion Teaching quality is the core of standardized residency training.Improving the working mechanism in terms of teaching awareness and teaching ability,teaching performance and teaching management,teaching cases and teaching supervision,teaching equipment and facilities,promotion and merit can improve the quality of training.
