摘 要:在实际运行中,造纸机的抄纸运行工况十分复杂,只有通过实施其负荷分配控制,才能印制出高质量的成品。现存控制技术存在跟随速度较低,能耗偏高的问题,设计人工智能背景下的造纸机负荷分配节能控制技术。将造纸机负荷分配传动数据作为变论域模糊PID控制器的输入数据,在输入前通过CEEMDAN-DFA-CCA算法对数据实施去噪处理。设计变论域模糊PID控制器,由前馈补偿器与积分-变比作用自调整的PID控制算法构成,对其输入量与输出的语言变量实施模糊化处理,设置二者的FUZZY子集,以构建PID参数模糊规则模型,实现造纸机负荷分配控制。应用人工智能技术中的混合遗传算法HGA-I获取最优解及其对应的模型系数的取值,实现设计的变论域模糊控制器的参数优化,以实现最优的负荷分配控制效果与节能效果。实验测试结果表明,设计技术控制下实验造纸机的主转矩稳定,超调量少。在设计技术控制下,200s以内即达到了设计负载率,节能性与稳定性强,跟随速度较高。In actual operation,the paper making operation of a paper machine is very complex,and only by implementing its load distribution control can high-quality finished products be printed.The existing control technology has the problem of low following speed and high energy consumption.Therefore,an energy-saving control technology for paper machine load distribution in the context of artificial intelligence is designed.The load distribution transmission data of the paper machine is used as the input data of the variable universe fuzzy PID controller,and the data is denoised using the CEEMDAN-DFA-CCA algorithm before input.Design a variable universe fuzzy PID controller,consisting of a feedforward compensator and a PID control algorithm with integral to variable ratio self adjustment.Fuzzy processing is applied to the input and output language variables,and a FUZZY subset of the two is set to construct a PID parameter fuzzy rule model to achieve paper machine load distribution control.Applying the hybrid genetic algorithm HGA-I in artificial intelligence technology to obtain the optimal solution and its corresponding model coefficient values,the parameter optimization of the designed variable universe fuzzy controller is achieved to achieve the optimal load distribution control effect and energy-saving effect.The experimental test results show that the main torque of the experimental paper machine under the control of the design technology is stable and the overshoot is small.Under the control of design technology,the design load rate is achieved within 200s,with strong energy-saving and stability,and high following speed.
