悬臂簧配合多种支抗装置导萌埋伏阻生牙

摘　　要：纳入9例共12颗阻生牙,开窗术后利用悬臂簧配合种植钉、Nance托、舌弓、TPA等多种支抗装置进行牵引。矫治结果中,阻生牙成功牵引,阻生牙及邻牙牙根未见明显吸收,无松动。Nine patients with 12 impacted teeth were treated with cantilever combined with implant anchorage,Nance palatal arch,lingual arch and TPA after fenestrition.All the impacted teeth were tracted successfully.No obvious root absorption was observed in the impacted teeth and the adjacent teeth afer the orthodontic treatment.
