拔牙后牙槽嵴位点保存在口腔种植中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨拔牙后牙槽嵴位点保存在口腔种植中的应用效果。方法抽取2020年1月至2022年1月郑州大学第一附属收治的行口腔种植患者90例,按照双色球法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组采用拔牙后自然愈合方案,观察组采用拔牙后牙槽嵴位点保存方案。比较两组牙槽骨相关指标及患者口腔美观满意度。结果观察组牙槽骨高度降低量低于对照组(t=2.90,P<0.05),牙槽骨密度、牙槽骨新骨轮廓高于对照组(t=2.55、2.36,P均<0.05)。拔牙后即刻,两组牙槽骨高度、牙槽骨宽度比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);拔牙后半年,观察组牙槽骨高度、牙槽骨宽度高于对照组(t=2.35、3.23,P均<0.05)。种植后半年,观察组患者口腔美观满意度(97.78%,44/45)高于对照组(82.22%,37/45),P<0.05。结论口腔种植中拔牙后采取牙槽嵴位点保存方案处理,可减少牙槽骨高度降低量,增加牙槽骨密度与牙槽骨新骨轮廓,改善牙槽骨高度、牙槽骨宽度,患者口腔美观度更高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of alveolar ridge preservation in oral implant after tooth extraction.Methods A total of 90 patients who received oral implants in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the dichromatic sphere method,with 45 cases in each group.The auto-healing protocol after tooth extraction was used in the control group,and the alveolar ridge preservation protocol after tooth extraction was used in the observation group.The alveolar bone-related indexes and oral aesthetic satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The reduction of alveolar bone height in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(t=2.90,P<0.05),while the alveolar bone density and new bone contour of the alveolar bone in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(t=2.55,2.36;all P<0.05).Immediately after tooth extraction,there was no significant difference in alveolar bone height and alveolar bone width between the two groups(P>0.05);half a year after tooth extraction,the alveolar bone height and alveolar bone width of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(t=2.35,3.23;all P<0.05).Half a year after implantation,the oral aesthetic satisfaction of the observation group(97.78%,44/45)was higher than that of the control group(82.22%,37/45),P<0.05.Conclusions The preservation of alveolar ridge after tooth extraction in oral implants can reduce the reduction of alveolar bone height,increase alveolar bone density and new bone contour of alveolar bone,improve alveolar bone height,alveolar bone width,and aesthetics of the patient’s oral cavity.
