摘　　要：目的探讨参一胶囊联合紫龙金片在气血两虚型肺恶性肿瘤化疗患者中的应用效果。方法抽取2021年2月至2021年7月海阳市人民医院收治的68例气血两虚型肺恶性肿瘤化疗患者,根据患者意愿分为治疗组(37例)和对照组(31例)。治疗组化疗开始时口服紫龙金片,化疗后服用参一胶囊;对照组不服用上述两种药物。比较两组患者治疗前后疲乏度及免疫功能,比较两组中医证候疗效及毒副反应发生情况。结果治疗组患者疲乏度较对照组明显好转(P<0.05)。治疗组中医证候有效率(97.35%,36/37)高于对照组(22.58%,7/31),P<0.05。治疗组化疗后毒副反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组免疫T细胞亚群活性高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参一胶囊和紫龙金片联用能降低气血两虚型肺恶性肿瘤患者化疗后的毒副反应,改善患者免疫功能。Objective To investigate the application of Shenyi capsule combined with Zilongjin tablets in patients undergoing chemotherapy for pulmonary malignant tumor with deficiency of both Qi and blood.Methods A total of 68 patients with pulmonary malignant tumor with deficiency of both Qi and blood who were treated in Haiyang People’s Hospital from February 2021 to July 2021 were selected.According to patients’willingness,they were divided into treatment group(37 cases)and control group(31 cases).The treatment group took Zilongjin tablets orally at the beginning of chemotherapy,and took Shenyi capsule after chemotherapy.The control group did not take either drug.The preoperative and postoperative fatigue degree and immune function were compared between the two groups.The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and toxic and side effects were compared between the two groups.Results Fatigue degree in the treatment group was more significantly improved,compared with the control group(P<0.05).The curative rate of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in the treatment group was 97.35%(36/37),significantly higher than the 22.58%(7/31)in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of toxic and side effects after chemotherapy in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the activity of T cell subsets in the treatment group was significantly higher after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions The combined use of Shenyi capsule and Zilongjin tablets can significantly reduce the toxic and side effects of chemotherapy and improve the immune function in patients with pulmonary malignant tumor with deficiency of both Qi and blood.
