摘  要:针对油档或汽封产生积碳后造成动静间隙偏离设计值,进而发生动静碰磨引起轴承振动故障,严重威胁机组运行安全的问题,通过调阅图纸及解体检查,分析判断积碳形成及发展机理,总结振动产生原因及特点,制定了有效的处理措施:在低压汽封与油档板间设置隔板。处理后,机组启动时轴振恢复至原始水平。Aiming at the problem of carbon accumulation in the oil baffle or steam seal,which causes the dynamic and static clearance to deviate from the design value,leading to bearing vibration failure caused by dynamic and static friction,seriously threatening the safety of unit operation.By reviewing drawings and conducting disassembly inspections,the formation and development mechanism of carbon deposits were analyzed and judged.The causes and characteristics of vibration were summarized,and effective measures were formulated:apartition was installed between the low-pressure steam seal and the oil baffle.After processing,the shaft vibration returned to the original level when the unit started.
