摘 要:掌子面溜坍灾害是高地应力断层破碎带隧洞施工的主要危害之一,提出有效的技术处理措施来减小其带来的不利影响对施工来说十分重要。以杉阳隧道为依托工程,探究Ⅵ级溜坍灾害机理,结合数值模拟结果和现场监测数据分析防溜坍灾害支护体系的可行性。研究表明:导致掌子面溜坍灾害的主要因素是断裂夹持带和高地应力;锚杆长度的增加,无法抑制掌子面纵向位移的发展;初期支护结构从单层增加到双层时,掌子面纵向位移降低约22.84%;采用三台阶开挖+超前支护+双层初期支护结构施工体系后,二次衬砌结构的安全系数最小为3.01,满足设计要求。The collapse disaster of the tunnel face is one of the main hazards of tunnel construction in the high stress fault fracture zone.It is very important to propose effective technical measures to reduce its adverse effects during construction.Based on the Shanyang Tunnel project,the study explores the mechanism of Grade VI landslide disaster,and analyzes the feasibility of the anti landslide support system by combining numerical simulation results and on-site monitoring data.Research has shown that the main factors leading to the collapse disaster of the tunnel face are the fault clamping zone and high ground stress;the increase in anchor rod length cannot suppress the development of longitudinal displacement of the tunnel face;when the initial support structure increases from a single layer to a double layer,the longitudinal displacement of the tunnel face decreases by about 22.84%;after adopting the construction system of three step excavation+advanced support+double layer initial support structure,the minimum safety factor of the secondary lining structure is 3.01,which meets the design requirements.
