摘　　要：推动区域新旧动能接续转换是地方“双一流”建设高校应履行的重要社会责任。地方“双一流”建设高校在区域新旧动能转换中应承担区域创新型人力资本提供者、区域产业集群推动者、区域创新生态系统核心参与者、区域软实力塑造者的社会责任。地方“双一流”建设高校区域社会责任的履行需要通过强化“双一流”战略的区域维度、推动以地方“双一流”建设高校为核心的区域高校集聚、构建地方“双一流”建设高校与区域利益相关者的伙伴关系等多种机制合力推进。It is a vital social responsibility for local"double first-class"universities to actively contribute to the ongoing transformation of new and old sources of energy.These universities should assume the social responsibilities of being providers of innovative human capital in their respective regions,promoters of regional industrial clusters,key participants in regional innovation ecosystems,and shapers of regional soft power in the transition towards new and old energy sources.Fulfilling the regional social responsibility of local"double first-class"universities necessitates strengthening the regional aspect of the"double first-class"strategy,fostering the concentration of regional universities around local"double first-class"universities,establishing partnerships between local"double first-class"universities and regional stakeholders and other various mechanisms.
