摘　　要：从教育政策、课程大纲、师资培训、教学教材和社会活动等方面概述了泰国近年来的英语教育现状,并进一步探讨了其给国内的英语教育和语言规划所带来的启示。一方面,通过改变课堂教学模式、深化英语考试制度改革、加强英语师资培训等途径加强英语教育;另一方面,要进一步重视国家语言安全建设,提升国民英语能力,巩固国民母语能力,确立国家关键语言,加强多语种人才培养等。This paper summarizes English education in Thailand in recent years in the aspects of education policy,curriculum,teacher training,etc,and further discusses the inspiration for English education and language planning in China.On the one hand,we should change teaching modes and English examination system,strengthen training for English teachers,carry out public English activities,and set up international English media.On the other hand,we must pay attention to the national language security,enhance both English and Chinese ability,strengthen the training of multilingual talents,etc.
