摘　　要：为服务经济社会高质量发展,工程类专业硕士研究生培养要以产业需求为引领。地方高校工程类专业硕士研究生培养需明确定位与特色,聚焦产业发展和区域经济发展需求,探索以突出实践能力的职业素养为核心的人才培养体系。分析了影响工程类专业硕士研究生职业素养能力提升的主要因素,从如何提升专业硕士研究生职业素养能力、如何打造德才兼备的导师队伍、如何丰富实践教学形式等方面对工程类专业硕士研究生培养模式进行了研究。In order to serve the high-quality development of economy and society,the industrial demand must lead the training of professional postgraduate students of engineering.For the training of the local colleges whose core of the talent training system is the exploring of the highlighted practical ability of professional quality,the orientation and characteristics should be clearly confirmed and the requirements of industry and regional economic development should be focused.The research is focused on the main factors that affect the improvement of professional quality and ability of engineering postgraduates,and the emphasis of vocational ability,the construction of the virtue and the ability of tutor team and the form of practical teaching.
