摘 要:校企协同育人模式是应用型复合人才培养的必然途径,是地方本科高校转型的重要举措。深入探索产教融合背景下应用型本科高校校企协同育人路径,通过校企共建合作委员会、共建产业学院、共同开发课程教材、共建双师双能型师资队伍等多维度构建实施“2.5+1.5+(1)”应用型人才培养模式,为应用型人才培养提供参考,为推动应用型本科高校产教融合发展助力。School⁃enterprise collaborative education mode is an inevitable attribute of training applied compound talents and an important measure for the transformation of local undergraduate universities.In⁃depth exploration of the path of school⁃enterprise collaborative education in application⁃oriented local universities under the background of integration of production and education,and the implementation of“2.5+1.5+(1)”application⁃oriented talent training mode through multi⁃dimensional construction of school⁃enterprise cooperation committees,industrial colleges,joint development of curriculum materials,and joint construction of dual⁃qualified teachers,which provides reference for the training of application⁃oriented talents and helps promote the integration of production and education in application⁃oriented undergraduate universities.
