摘　　要：通球作业是指在油气管道中通发清管球,是油气生产中清除管道杂质、降低管壁腐蚀的重要手段。回顾了某海上石油钻采平台在2年内从尝试海管通球到正规化常态化海管通球的历程,对其中存在的问题进行分析,探讨了如何优化海管通球施工作业、工艺、设备,以及优化后取得的实际成效。分析研究这些通球作业,对于处理海管通球作业中遇到的问题、优化通球作业施工有很大的借鉴意义,也有利于进一步提高海管的管理水平。The pigging operation is launching or receiving pigs in pipeline,usually is the important measure to clean dirt in pipeline and slow down corrosion of pipeline.The article review one offshore platform pigging history from thefirst trial to the routine job,analyze encountered problems,explore how to improve the pigging operation,process,equipment and the practical effects.Researching these pigging operation,will be a good reference for dealing with encountering problems and optimizing operation in subsea pipeline,also will be good for sunsea pipeline management.
