摘　　要：目前市面上在售的台灯,并不具备较高的防尘防水性能,主要以室内使用为主,应用场景较为固定,使用功能也较为单一,本研究方案,通过提升台灯的IP防尘防水等级,当取消底座、灯罩后,可充当手电筒使用,当取消底座、灯罩,并配以地插组件后,即可让台灯在户外充当庭院灯、草坪灯使用,做到一灯多用,大大地拓展了该灯具的使用范围和场景,同时该灯具还具备三档调光功能,根据不同需要,可以调节到不同亮度档位使用。试验结果表明,通过合理的结构设计,该调光台灯防尘防水等级能够达到IP65级,满足户外使用的条件,产品质量稳定,成功率高,满足预期效果。The table lamps currently sold on the market do not have high dustproof and waterproof performance,so they are mainly used indoors,with fixed application scenarios and simple functions.In this research programme,by upgrading the IP dustproof and waterproof level of the table lamp,the table lamp can be used as a flashlight when the base,lampshade is cancelled,it can be used as a garden lamp or lawn lamp outdoors when the base,lampshade is cancelled and the floor plug-in component is added.So that the lamp is multi-purpose,greatly expanding the scope of use and scene of the lamp,while the lamp also has three gear dimming function,according to different needs,can be adjusted for different brightness level use.The test results show that through reasonable structural design,the dustproof and waterproof level of the dimming table lamp can reach IP65,meeting the conditions of outdoor use.The product quality is stable,with a high success rate,and meets the expected effect.
