新时代高校劳动教育与创新创业融合育人路径探析

摘　　要：开展劳动教育及创新创业教育,是党在新时代培养人才的要求,也是高校落实立德树人根本任务和坚持“五育”并举育人的重要抓手。劳动教育及创新创业教育在教育目标、教育内容、教育方法上具有深刻的关联性,二者融合是主流趋势。为助力高校培养复合型、应用型人才,提出了以下建议:构建“劳动教育+创新创业教育”课程体系,深化融合育人理念;建设“劳动教育+创新创业教育”师资队伍,提升融合育人效果;加大“劳动教育+创新创业教育”资源投入,改善融合育人条件;实施“劳动教育+创新创业教育”平台建设,提供融合育人设施。Carrying out labor education as well as innovation and entrepreneurship education is a requirement of the Party to cultivate talents in the new era,and it is also an important lever for universities to implement the task of cultivating morality and the people,and to adhere to the"five domains of education"when cultivating talents.Labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education are deeply related in education goals,contents and methods,indicating a mainstream trend of their integration.It is useful to deepen the concept of integrated education by building a curriculum system of"labor education+innovation and entrepreneurship education";it is viable to enhance the effectiveness of integrated education by building a teaching staff of"labor education+innovation and entrepreneurship education";it is workable to improve the conditions for integrated education by increasing the investment in resources for"labor education+innovation and entrepreneurship education";and it is conducive to cultivate composite and application-oriented talents by constructing"labor education+innovation and entrepreneurship education"platform with integrated facilities.
