摘　　要：随着国家“一带一路”倡议的持续推进和中欧班列的不断发展,跨国双向供应链研究的必要性逐渐凸显。跨国双向供应链主要是涉及从国内到国外、从国外到国内两种货物流向的供应链问题。基于系统的观点,运用系统论的系统整体性、结构层次性、开放性等特征,分析跨国双向供应链中存在的问题和系统优化策略,并阐明跨国双向供应链管理的未来发展方向。With the continuous promotion of the national“Belt and Road”initiative and the continuous development of CHINA RAILWAY Express,the necessity of transnational two-way supply chain research has gradually become prominent.The transnational two-way supply chain mainly involves the supply chain of goods from domestic to foreign and from foreign to domestic.Based on the perspective of system,this paper analyzes the problems and system optimization strategies in transnational two-way supply chain by using the characteristics of system integrity,structural hierarchy and openness of system theory,and studies the future development direction of transnational two-way supply chain management.
