摘　　要：金线莲是一味民间药物,其药理作用主要有降血糖、抗癌、增强抵御力、抗氧化等。近年来由于人们饮食和生活等的变化,糖尿病成为了严重危害人类健康的常见疾病,不仅发病机率高,而且能引起多种并发症。研究表明金线莲在人体血糖防控上表现出明显自身的优越性,因此汇总了金线莲在国内外降血糖功能和机理研究的相关进展,并希望为其在抗高血糖方面的深入研究、发展和应用提供借鉴。Anoectochilus roxburghii is a folk medicine.Its pharmacological effects are mainly hypoglycemic,anticancer,enhancing resistance,antioxidant,and so on.In recent years,due to changes in people s diet and life,diabetes has become a common disease that seriously endangers human health.It not only has a high incidence,but also can cause a variety of complications.Studies have shown that Anoectochilus roxburghii has obvious advantages in the prevention and control of human blood glucose.Therefore,the research progress on hypoglycemic function and mechanism of Anoectochilus roxburghii at home and abroad was summarized,hoping to provide reference for its in-depth research,development and application in anti-hyperglycemia.
