摘　　要：设计了一个制备化合物N-[3-[(5-氯-1H-吡咯并[2,3-b]吡啶-3-基)羰基]-2,4-二氟苯基]-1-丙磺酰胺的综合型有机化学实验,合成路线涵盖亲核取代反应、去质子化过程、醇氧化反应等多种化学过程,涉及一系列合成、纯化操作,并结合了质谱、核磁共振对化合物结构进行表征。该实验能够引导学生深入理解相关反应的概念及理论,有利于提升学生有机合成实验能力及锻炼学生对波谱解析理论知识的应用能力,提高学生研究兴趣,培养学生综合能力及科研思维。A comprehensive organic chemistry experiment for the preparation of N-[3-[(5-chloro-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine-3-yl)carbonyl]-2,4-difluorophenyl]-1-propylsulfamide was designed.Many kinds of chemical procedures were involved,such as nucleophilic substitution reaction,deprotonation process,alcohol oxidation reaction,and so on,and a variety of synthesis and purification operation.The characterization and analysis of compound s structure was combined with mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance.This comprehensive experiment could guide students to deeply understand the concepts and theories of related reactions,improve students experimental ability of organic synthesis,the application of theoretical knowledge of spectral analysis and the interest in research,and cultivate students comprehensive ability and scientific research thinking.
