摘　　要：通过专利分级分类应用,企业在关注培育高价值专利、加强海外布局等内容之余,往往忽略了筛选出的部分低价值专利,企业少有对评分较低的专利的处置方案。因此,依托国有大型建筑央企,提出了低价值专利评估因素、放弃方案以及部分操作流程。Through the application of patent classification and classification,enterprises often neglect to screen out a portion of low-value patents while cultivating high-value patents and strengthening overseas layouts.However,how to dispose of these lower-rated patents is rarely touched.This article relies on state-owned large construction central enterprises to propose considerations for low-value patents,abandonment plans,and operational procedures.
