高质量发展背景下地方高校教师管理的问题与对策

摘　　要：教师队伍建设是关系地方高校高质量发展的基础性工作。当前,我国地方高校教师管理存在教师组织认同度低、教师聘任过程不规范、考核评价标准缺乏科学性、重教师引进轻教师发展、教师管理未能充分发挥大数据优势、民主管理氛围缺失等一系列亟待解决的问题。高质量发展背景下,地方高校应着力提升教师组织认同度,规范教师聘用选拔,设置系统、科学、适切的教师考核标准,建立高质量教师职后专业发展体系,基于大数据助推教师管理现代化,强化教师民主参与管理,从而以高质量教师队伍建设助推地方高校高质量发展。The construction of the teaching staff is a fundamental work related to the high-quality development of local universities.At present,there are a series of urgent problems in the management of local university teachers in China,such as low organizational recognition of teachers,non-standard teacher appointment process,lack of scientific assessment and evaluation standards,emphasis on teacher introduction over teacher development,failure to fully leverage the advantages of big data in teacher management,and lack of a democratic management atmosphere.In the context of high-quality development,local universities should focus on enhancing the recognition of teacher organizations,standardizing teacher recruitment and selection,setting systematic,scientific,and appropriate teacher assessment standards,establishing a professional development system for high-quality teachers after service,promoting modernization of teacher management based on big data,strengthening democratic participation of teachers in management,and promoting the high-quality development of local universities through the construction of high-quality teacher teams.
