中华文化视阈下藏族传统体育抱石运动的文化传承研究

摘　　要：体育是一个国家社会经济发展的重要基因,而西藏民族传统体育文化作为我国体育文化中的重要组成部分,在民族自信和民族融合中发挥着重要作用,其中具有民族传统色彩的抱石运动也蕴含着文化传承价值。文章旨在响应党的二十大精神,从中华文化背景下,运用文献资料法、调查法、逻辑分析法深入挖掘藏族传统体育抱石运动的传承价值。文章对其时代价值、现实困境和发展路径进行深入探讨,以进一步发扬民族传统体育文化,推进民族文化自信自强。Sports is an important gene expression of a country's social and economic development.As the essence of China's sports culture,Tibetan traditional sports culture plays an important role in national self-confidence and national integration.Among them,the Taking-up-a-stone movement with national traditional color contains endless cultural heritage and development value.The purpose of this study is to respond to the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and to explore the inheritance value of Tibetan traditional sports Taking-up-a-stone from the perspective of Chinese culture by using the methods of literature,investigation and logical analysis.The research is based on the values of the times,realistic dificulties and development paths to further carry forward the traditional national sports culture and promote the self-confidence and self-improvement of national culture.
