摘 要:以探讨数字切片系统在显微形态学实验教学中的应用效果为目的。对2018、2019级临床医学生分别采用玻璃切片、数字切片两种方式进行教学,分析平时、期中、期末及总评四类成绩。结果显示数字班男生的平时、总评成绩,女生的四类成绩显著高于传统班(p<0.05)。总评与期中、期末成绩的相关系数接近1。四类成绩均无性别、教学方式的交互作用。总结得出数字切片方式能提高临床医学生的显微形态学实验课程成绩。To explore the effect of Digital Slicing System applied on the teaching of Micromorphological Experiment,glass slices and digital slices were employed on the teaching for medical students of Grade 2018 and 2019,respectively,and their four types of scores including daily performance,mid-term test,final test and overall evaluation were analyzed.Compared with the traditional class,the average scores of daily performance and overall evaluation in digital class were significantly higher for male,while all of four types average scores in digital class had increased significantly for female(p<0.05).The correlation coefficient of mid-term vs overall evaluation and final test vs overall evaluation were close to 1.There were no interaction between gender and teaching methods in the four types of scores.Digital slicing system is a kind of approach to improve the scores of Micromorphological Experiments for clinica medical students.
