摘 要:面向产出的内部评价机制的持续改进是工程教育专业认证的核心和建设难点之一,是确保人才培养质量不断提升的关键。以齐鲁工业大学机械设计制造及其自动化专业为例,结合工程教育专业认证标准和中期审核要求,从内部评价机制的持续改进到课程目标和毕业要求评价机制持续改进与具体落实进行了阐述与分析,提供了具体的评价流程和数据分析。针对内部评价发现的问题,深入探讨原因并提出了持续改进的具体措施,对工科专业的工程教育认证工作或专业建设具有较好的指导作用。The continuous improvement of the output oriented internal evaluation mechanism is the core and one of the construction difficulties of the engineering education professional certification,and is the key to ensure the continuous improvement of the quality of personnel training.Taking the mechanical design,manufacturing and automation major of Qilu University of Technology as an example,combining the certification standards and mid-term audit requirements of engineering education major,this paper expounds and analyzes the continuous improvement of the internal evaluation mechanism to the continuous improvement and specific implementation of the evaluation mechanism for curriculum objectives and graduation requirements,and provides specific evaluation processes and data analysis.In view of the problems found in the internal evaluation,this paper probes into the causes and puts forward specific measures for continuous improvement,which has a good guiding role in the engineering education certification work or professional construction of engineering majors.
