摘　　要：高校学生党员培养是党建工作的重要组成部分,完善高校学生党员培养模式具有重要意义。“大思政”是对原有思政内容的拓展与提升,是高校实现育人目标最重要的手段。当前高校学生党员培养模式仍存在方式单一、知行脱节、全面性不足的问题。“大思政”理念与高校学生党员培养主体与目标高度契合,且“大思政”与高校学生党员培养相辅相成。借鉴“大思政”理念下思政课创新的具体路径对学生党员培养模式进行创新,以“大思政”丰富学生党员培养方式,推进学生党员培养理论与实践结合,提升学生党员培养模式全面性,以期创新与完善高校学生党员培养模式,提升高校学生党员培养成效。The cultivation of college student Party members is an important part of Party building.It is of great significance to improve the training mode of college student Party members.‘Great ideological and political education’is the expansion and promotion of the original ideological and political content,and it is the most important means for colleges and universities to achieve the goal of educating people.At present,there are still some problems in the training mode of college student party members,such as single mode,disconnection between knowledge and practice,and lack of comprehensiveness.The concept of“great ideological and political education”is highly consistent with the subject and goal of the cultivation of college student party members,and the“great ideological and political education”and the cultivation of college student party members complement each other.By referring to the specific path of ideological and political course innovation under the concept of“great ideological and political education”,this paper innovates the training mode of student party members,enriches the training mode of student party members with“great ideological and political education”,promotes the combination of theory and practice of student Party member training,and improves the comprehensiveness of the training mode,so as to innovate and improve the training mode and the training effect of college student Party members.
