澜湄合作机制下云南高职院校国际化人才培养探究

摘　　要：自澜湄合作机制启动以来,澜湄六国在多个领域取得了显著成效。2017年1月,云南14家职业技术学院联合成立“澜沧江—湄公河职业教育联盟”,通过培养应用型技术技能人才、科研合作、人文交流等多种形式,为六国经济社会发展提供人力资源保障。文章通过讨论澜湄合作机制下云南高职院校国际化人才培养趋势,针对云南省高职院校在澜湄合作机制背景下的国际化人才培养中存在的问题,从坚持开放式国际化办学理念、构建国际化课程体系、打造国际化师资队伍等方面提出对策。Since the launch of the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation(LMC)mechanism,the six Lancang-Mekong countries have achieved remarkable results in many fields.In January 2017,14 vocational and technical colleges in Yunnan jointly established the Lancang-Mekong Vocational Education Alliance,which provides human resources support for the economic and social development of the six countries by train of application-oriented technical talents,scientific research cooperation,cultural exchanges and other forms.By discussing the trend of international talent training in Yunnan vocational colleges under the LMC mechanism,this paper tries to build international talent training mode for Yunnan vocational colleges under the LMC mechanism.
