摘 要:绵羊是重要的家畜,其良好的产肉性能是养殖者获得经济效益的关键。Callipyge基因是影响绵羊产肉性能的一个重要基因,研究发现其与绵羊的体型、胴体品质和生长发育有关,并且对绵羊的屠宰率、饲料利用率等性状有一定的影响。文章就Callipyge基因对绵羊体型、胴体品质和生长发育的影响进行了综述,并对其应用前景进行了展望。Sheep is an important domestic animal,and its good meat production performance is the key for breeders to obtain economic benefits.The Callipyge gene is a key gene affecting the meat production performance of sheep.It has been found that it is related with the body shape,carcass quality,and growth and development of sheep,and has a certain influence on the slaughter rate and feed utilization rate of sheep.The Callipyge gene effects on body shape,carcass quality,and growth and development of sheep were reviewed,and its application prospect has been prospected.
