摘 要:除污水力旋流器能够有效去除污水中的污杂物,防止污水源热泵系统换热器堵塞。本文将其回流装置设计为回流引射器,通过生活污水和聚苯乙烯(GPPS)颗粒配水试验,分别研究卷吸角度、卷吸管形状和回流流量对分离性能的影响。结果表明:以渐括型卷吸管为例,卷吸角度从30°增大到90°,分离效率下降约10%,系统能耗(总压降)增加约10 kPa;等径型卷吸管比渐扩型卷吸管具有更高的分离效率,系统能耗较小;回流流量增大在提高分离效率的同时增大系统能耗。这说明采用等径型卷吸管、较小卷吸角度的回流引射器,且在回流流量较大时,除污水力旋流器的分离效率最高,且系统最大能耗小于25 kPa。The defouling hydrocyclone could effectively remove the contaminant particles in the sewage and prevent the heat exchanger of the sewage source heat pump system from being blocked.The reflux device is modified to be a reflux ejector,the effects of suction angle,and the shape of suction pipe,and the reflux rate on the separation performance are investigated by the water distribution test between domestic sewage and GPPS.The results show that taking the diverging suction pipe as example,when the suction angle increases from 30°to 90°,the separation efficiency decreases by about 10%,and the energy consumption(total pressure drop)of system increases by about 10 kPa.The isodiametric suction pipe has higher separation efficiency and smaller energy consumption of system than the diverging suction pipe.The increase of reflux rate can improve the separation efficiency but increase the energy consumption of system.This shows that the reflux ejector with an isodiametric suction pipe and smaller suction angle can make the separation efficiency of the defouling hydrocyclone the best when the reflux rate is greater,and the maximum energy consumption of system does not exceed 25 kPa.
