中间冷却器盘管出口温度对双级压缩制冷系统性能的影响

摘  要:理论分析中间冷却器盘管出口温度对R507A双级压缩一级节流中间不完全冷却制冷系统的性能系数(COP)、高低压级质量流量比和高压级吸/排气温度的影响。结果表明,在冷凝温度为35.0℃,蒸发温度分别为-28.0℃,-35.0℃和-42.0℃,盘管出口温度为5.0~27.0℃的工况下,制冷系统COP和高低压级质量流量比均随盘管出口温度呈线性下降,COP下降率约为11%,高低压级质量流量比下降幅度为20%,盘管出口温度对高压级吸、排气温度的影响较小,最大上升幅度均为2.4℃。The influence of outlet temperature of intercooler coil on COP,mass flow ratio between high-pressure stage and low-pressure stage,as well as suction/discharge temperature of high-pressure stage for R507A two-stage compression refrigeration system with one-stage throttling and incompletely intercooling.The results show that under the working condition that the condensing temperature is 35.0℃,the evaporation temperatures are-28.0℃,-35.0℃and-42.0℃,respectively,and the outlet temperature of coil ranges from 5.0℃to 27.0℃,the COP of refrigeration system and mass flow ratio between high-pressure stage and low-pressure stage preserve linear decrease to outlet temperature of coil.The COP declines by about 11%and the mass flow ratio decreases approximately by 20%.However,the outlet temperature of coil has little impact on the high-pressure stage suction and discharge temperatures,and the maximum rises are both about 2.4℃.
