摘　　要：目的 构建与公立医院发展战略相适宜的经济管理人才胜任力标准评价体系,促进公立医院经济管理人才队伍建设。方法 运用胜任力模型理论,通过半结构式访谈、调查问卷、SPSSAU统计学等方法,建立公立医院中层经济管理人员分类行为特征胜任力模型。结果 将经济管理人员胜任力模型应用于H医院相关科室中层管理者队伍建设与培养,10人得到职务提升,15人得到职称提升,医院运营效率明显提升,人员岗位胜任能力不断提高。结论 中层经济管理人才分类胜任力模型的使用,可为公立医院选拔、使用、考核和评价各类经济管理人才提供标准,促进医院高质量发展。Objective This paper aims to establish an evaluation system of economic management personnel’scompetence as a standard appropriate to the development strategy of public hospitals,and promote the training of economic management workforce in public hospitals.Methods The competency model theory,semi-structured interviews,questionnaires and SPSAU statistics were used to establish a competency model of classified behavior characteristics of middle-level economic managers in public hospitals.Results The competency model of economic managers was applied to the establishment and training of middle-level managers in H hospital so that 10 of them were promoted in regard to their posts and 15 were promoted in regard to their professional titles.The operational efficiency of the hospital was significantly improved.Conclusion The classification competency model of middle-level economic managing teamcan provide a standard for public hospitals to select,use,assess and evaluate all kinds of economic management staff,and promote the development of high-quality hospitals.
