摘　　要：作为广东省重点保健基地医院之一,广东省某肿瘤专科医院从自身情况入手,深入调研摸索开展保健工作的新模式、新机制及成效,挖掘不同维度的服务提升空间,结合实践数据,从团队组建、护理管理、信息建设、后勤保障和制度文件五个方面入手,梳理出一套操作性强的干部保健综合服务标准化流程,为各保健基地医院开展干部保健专区建设起到一定的参考示范作用。As one of the Key Cadre Healthcare Centers of Guangdong Province,the cancer hospital started the research based on its own conditions,focusing on team building,humanistic nursing,IT development and application,logistical support and system documents.It then sorted out a set of operable standardized procedures for providing comprehensive healthcare services for cadres.It was evaluated to be more efficient,contributing to better patient experience based on practical data.This modified standardization of healthcare service procedures provides some reference for improving the construction of cadre-healthcare scope among the Key Cadre-Healthcare Centers.
