摘　　要：目的:调查安宁疗护护理质量现状,分析其影响因素,为有效提高我国安宁疗护质量提出相应对策。方法:采用便利抽样法,于2022年7月—11月在广东省5所三级甲等医院及2所社区医院选取460名护士作为研究对象。采用一般资料问卷、中文版安宁疗护护理质量量表(PNCQS)对护士进行调查,通过单因素及线性回归分析安宁疗护护理质量的影响因素。结果:护士中文版PNCQS总分为(69.16±13.24)分,条目均分为(3.46±0.66)分。线性回归分析结果显示,护士的年龄和对安宁疗护知识的熟悉程度是安宁疗护护理质量的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:接受调查的7所医院的安宁疗护护理质量有待进一步提升,护士在家庭主要照顾者、灵性支持以及照护的持续性方面的实践对安宁疗护护理质量的影响较大。为提升我国安宁疗护护理质量水平,应完善安宁疗护课程培训体系,培养护士全面的服务意识,注重照护的可持续性,合理规划安宁疗护护理团队。Objective:To investigate statue quo of palliative nursing care quality,analyze influencing factors of palliative nursing care quality,so as to put forward corresponding countermeasures for effectively improving the quality of palliative care.Methods:A total of 460 nurses from 5 tertiary grade A hospitals and 2 community hospitals in Guangdong province were selected as subjects by convenience sampling method from July to November 2022.Nurses were surveyed by general information questionnaire and the Chinese version of Palliative Nursing Care Quality Scale(PNCQS).The influencing factors of palliative nursing care quality were analyzed through single factor and linear regression.Results:The total score of the Chinese version of PNCQS of nurses was 69.16±13.24 points,and average score of the items was 3.46±0.66 points.The results of linear regression analysis showed that age of nurses and their familiarity with palliative nursing care knowledge were the main influencing factors of palliative nursing care quality(P<0.05).Conclusions:The palliative nursing care quality in 7 hospitals surveyed needs to be further improved.Nurse practice in family primary caregivers,spiritual support and continuity of care affected the scores of palliative care quality.In order to improve palliative nursing care quality,We should improve training system for palliative nursing care courses,cultivate nurses′comprehensive service awareness,pay attention to the sustainability of care,and optimize palliative nursing care team.
