个案管理整合家庭关怀对老年轻度认知功能障碍患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探究分析个案管理整合家庭关怀对老年轻度认知功能障碍患者的影响。方法选取在2021年5月至2022年12月期间,于南通大学附属医院收治的老年轻度认知功能障碍患者共102例,所有患者随机分为对照组(常规管理)与观察组(个案管理整合家庭关怀模式)。对比两组的认知功能、日常生活能力、生活质量、满意度以及心理状态。结果在认知功能、日常生活能力及心理状态方面,干预前两组对比无明显差异(P>0.05),干预后观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。在满意度以及生活质量方面,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个案管理整合家庭关怀的管理模式可改善老年轻度认知功能障碍患者认知功能、日常生活能力以及心理状态,保障生活质量,提升护理满意度。Objective To explore and analyze the impact of integrated family care in case management on elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment.Methods A total of 102 cases of elderly patients with mild cognitive dysfunction admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University between May 2021 and December 2022 were selected,and all the patients were randomly divided into the control group(routine management)and the observation group(case management integrated family care model).Results In cognitive function;In terms of daily living ability and psychological state,there was no significant difference between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),and after intervention,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of satisfaction and quality of life,the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Case management integrated with family care can improve the cognitive function,daily living ability and psychological status of elderly patients with mild cognitive dysfunction,ensure the quality of life and enhance the satisfaction of nursing care.
