摘  要:随着城乡居民水产品消费水平不断提高,水产品已成为中国人餐桌蛋白质供应的重要来源、食物体系里的重要组成部分,渔业产业也进入了打造特色品牌的高质量发展阶段为了探索我国水产品品牌研究前沿与发展动态,文章基于中国知网(CNKI)文献数据库,通过关键词共现、聚类分析生成中国水产品品牌研究知识图谱,对1996-2022年我国水产品品牌建设的相关文献进行梳理和回顾,对文献研究现状进行了三个阶段划分,以此映射不同研究阶段的研究焦点与趋势,从而对我国水产品品牌研究概况进行梳理归纳,并提出政府应助力水产品区域公共品牌建设,企业增强水产品品牌建设意识,注重品牌设计与品牌定位,多渠道扩展营销模式,做好水产品品牌的维系与保护工作等对策建议,研究结果对新发展时期我国水产品品牌建设具有一定参考价值和借鉴意义。With the continuous improvement of the consumption level of aquatic products by urban and rural residents,aquatic products have become an important source of protein supply for the Chinese dining table and an important component of the food system.The fishery industry has also entered a high-quality development stage of creating characteristic brands.In order to explore the forefront and development trends of research on aquatic product brands in China,according to the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)literature database,and through keyword co-occurrence Cluster analysis generates a knowledge graph of Chinese aquatic product brand research,this paper sorts out and reviews relevant literature on the construction of aquatic product brands in China from 1996 to 2022,divides the current research status into three stages,maps the research focus and trends of different research stages,and summarizes the research overview of Chinese aquatic product brands.It also proposes that the government should assist in the construction of regional public brands for aquatic products,enterprises should enhance their awareness of brand building for aquatic products,pay attention to brand design and positioning,expand marketing models through multiple channels,and do a good job in maintaining and protecting aquatic product brands.The research results have certain reference value and significance for the brand building of aquatic products in China in the new development period.
