摘　　要：对“大柳叶”旱烟特征致香成分进行分析研究,为提高旱烟烟叶香味物质栽培技术及卷烟加工提供参考依据.借助于感官评价,采用感官辅助凝胶色谱(GPC)分离“大柳叶”旱烟烟叶的浸膏,得到不同香韵组分,用气相色谱-质谱连用法(GC-MS)分析各组分的香气成分,结合相对香气活力值(ROAV)进行关键香气成分分析.实验结果表明,通过GPC分离烟叶浸膏得到了9个(F1~F9)组分,其中F2~F8具有明显香韵特征,具有明显香韵特征的组分可按清香,甜香,花香,酒香,酸香,干草香进行香韵特征区分,能较好的反映“大柳叶”旱烟不同的香韵特征,且各组分的关键致香成分与感官评价结果基本吻合.旱烟“大柳叶”香气风格以清香香韵为主,辅以酸香、花香、蜜甜香等香韵特征.It is necessary to analyze the characteristic aroma components of Nicotiana tabacum‘Daliuye’in order to provide more reference basis for improving the cultivation technology of the aromatic substance of sun-cured tobacco and the processing of cigarettes.Different aroma components were obtained when sun-cured tobacco extracts were separated by using sensory-assisted gel permeation chromatography(GPC).The key aroma components in different group were analyzed by GC-MS and relative odor activity value(ROVA).The result showed that nine groups(F1—F9)were separated by GPC and F2—F8 have characteristic odor chemical components.These groups can be distinguished by the fragrance of sweet,floral,wine,sour and hay.Moreover,the key aroma components of each group were basically consistent with the sensory evaluation results.The aroma style of Nicotiana tabacum‘Daliuye’is mainly based on the fragrance of fresh scents,supplemented by sour,floral,sweet aromas.
