摘 要:针对城市道路拥堵造成尾气污染的问题,提出结合变动拥堵系数、限速约束的速度计算模型,分析各因素对车辆油耗量和碳排放量的影响,结合冷链物流的特殊性,考虑载重和软时间窗等约束,构建以含碳排放成本的总成本最低的冷链路径优化模型,设计动态遗传算法进行求解.结果表明:建立的模型能更合理的规划配送路径,有效的降低物流配送总成本;改进的动态遗传算法能快速、准确的实现模型的求解.Aiming at the problem of exhaust pollution caused by urban road congestion,a speed calculation model combining variable congestion coefficient and speed limit constraints was proposed to analyze the impact of various factors on vehicle fuel consumption and carbon emissions.Combined with the particularity of cold chain logistics,the cold chain route optimization model with the lowest total cost including carbon emission costs was constructed,considering constraints such as load and soft time window.Dynamic genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem.The results show that the model can plan the distribution path more reasonably and reduce the total cost of logistics distribution effectively.The improved dynamic genetic algorithm can solve the model quickly and accurately.
