摘  要:钢管混凝土拱桥的主拱肋一般采用“先空钢管合龙、后灌注管内混凝土”的施工工艺。管内混凝土的灌注顺序会影响主拱圈的内力,先灌注混凝土的钢管的刚度大,后续灌注的混凝土自重荷载分配的内力大,混凝土承担的压应力大,可为运营阶段所产生拉应力工况储备更多的压应力。以德余高速乌江特大桥为工程背景,分析了不同的混凝土灌注顺序对上、下弦内力分配及运营阶段混凝土最大拉应力的影响。The concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge generally adopts the construction process that the concrete in the pipe is cast after the steel pipe closure,the casting order of the concrete in the pipe will affect the internal force of the main arch,the stiffness of arch which is first casted is large,the internal force which is caused by the self-weight load is also more,the compressive stress of the concrete is large,and the tensile stress condition generated in the operation stage reserves more compressive stress,this paper takes the Deyu highway Wujiang Special Bridge as the engineering background.The effects of different concrete casting sequences on the internal force distribution and the maximum tensile stress of concrete in the operation stage are analyzed.
