摘  要:通常情况下,金属-光子晶体集成结构能够实现Tamm态,但器件制备工艺复杂,且需要冗杂的耦合设备与探测设备相连接;在光纤端面通过沉积不同材料的周期性结构制备Tamm态器件,也面临着制备工艺复杂、不易微型化等难题.本文提出一种微纳光纤光子晶体-金薄膜(Phc-Au)结构的光学Tamm态系统,体积仅为2μm×(0.7×0.7)μm^(2),可以直接与光纤通信网络绝热集成;仿真计算显示,折射率传感的灵敏度可达579.3 nm/RIU;该Phc-Au结构的Tamm态系统具有微型化、集成化以及高灵敏度的特点,在片上集成、光学检测和远程传感等领域,具有广泛的应用前景.In general,the metal-photonic crystal integrated structure can achieve the Tamm state,but the device preparation process is complex,and requires complicated coupling equipment and detection equipment connection.Besides,the fabrication of Tamm devices by depositing periodic structures of different materials on the end face of optical fiber also involves with difficulties such as the complex fabrication process and being difficult to miniaturize.In this paper,an optical Tamm system with micro-nano fiber photonic crystal-gold thin film(Phc-Au)structure is proposed.The 2 volume of the system is only 2μm(0.70.7)μm´´,and it can be directly integrated with the optical fiber communication network adiabatically.The simulation results show that the sensitivity of the refractive index sensor can reach 579.3 nm/RIU.The Phc-Au Tamm system is characterized with miniaturization,integration and high sensitivity.It has wide application prospects in the fields of on-chip integration,optical detection and remote sensing.
